What we collect and why

We collect the name, business details, email, optional phone number, country, project preferences, budget and message you provide. We also record the page, referral information, campaign tags, selected language and an enquiry reference to understand and respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess your project and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored through Netlify Forms. Authorised team members and service providers may process them to handle your request. If enabled, a private Telegram bot notification sends enquiry details to the project owner. These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the request and related business or legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
